Contract Review

Review of all contracts to be undertaken by Link Building Management including but not limited to:

  • Cleaning
  • Landscaping and Gardening
  • Fire Compliance
  • Lifts Certification
  • Mechanical Ventilation
  • Pumps and Hot Water

We will track tasks undertaken plus the duration of which the task takes to complete. This setup will be maintained to enable accurate reporting to the Executive Strata Committees or Community Association.

Supervision of all contracts including performance to Link Building Management within contracts and performance management of poor performance will also be managed as part of the contract. We will also review all contracts across the scheme to ensure the scope of works are as per industry standard or better and ensure that the costs and services are inline or better than the market. Further recommend contracts will be put in place or amended to achieve the above across all your buildings.

Landscaping Service

We offer our clients all aspects of landscaping services from a unique landscape designed by our in-house professionals to the routine maintenance of the finished project. We are proud of our horticulturists and Gardener’s ability to create and maintain different landscape types with varying amounts of garden space.
